House Rules
These House Rules are designed to keep Mary E Luxury Apartments safe, comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
They form part of our Booking Terms and Conditions. Guests and their visitors are expected to respect the Property, other guests, our neighbours and all applicable laws of Grenada.
Occupancy
Only registered Guests may stay overnight in an apartment unless Management has approved an additional occupant in advance.
One-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 3 Guests. The standard rate includes 2 Guests, with the third Guest subject to the applicable nightly supplement.
Two-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 4 Guests.
The maximum occupancy of an apartment must not be exceeded. If your party changes, please contact us before adding another overnight Guest.
Children
Children and adults are equally welcome at Mary E Luxury Apartments.
Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their accompanying responsible adult at all times.
Visitors
Guests are welcome to receive visitors, subject to reasonable Property rules. Please notify Management in advance where required.
Visitors may not remain overnight unless Management has approved them as an additional overnight Guest.
Visitors must also respect these House Rules while at the Property, and apartment occupancy limits must never be exceeded.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any apartment.
Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas and dispose of smoking materials safely.
If smoking inside an apartment causes additional cleaning, deodorising, repair or restoration to be reasonably necessary, the Guest may be responsible for the reasonable costs arising from that breach.
Pets and animals
Pets may be accepted only by prior arrangement with Management.
Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet rather than arriving with an animal that has not been approved.
Any rights or requirements applicable to assistance or service animals under Grenada law will be respected.
Noise and disturbance
Guests must avoid excessive or unreasonable noise and respect the peaceful enjoyment of the Property by other Guests, neighbouring residents and the surrounding community.
Music, televisions, speakers, gatherings, conversations and other activities must be kept at a reasonable level and conducted in a manner that does not cause unreasonable disturbance or nuisance.
Guests must comply with the Noise Control Act and other applicable laws of Grenada, together with any lawful direction of the Royal Grenada Police Force or other competent authority.
Where Management receives a reasonable complaint concerning excessive or unreasonable noise, the Guest responsible will be asked to reduce or stop the disturbance.
Repeated, deliberate or serious unreasonable disturbance may constitute a serious breach of the Booking Terms and may result in further reasonable action by Management, subject to applicable Grenada law.
Looking after your apartment
Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, fixtures, equipment and keys with reasonable care.
Report any damage, breakage, defect or fault to Management promptly so that we can investigate and address it.
Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing Property damaged or lost through the actions or negligence of the Guest or members of their party, excluding normal fair wear and tear.
Please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness when you depart.
Where a Guest causes cleaning requirements substantially beyond normal accommodation turnover, Management may seek recovery of reasonable additional cleaning costs, subject to applicable law.
Safety and security
Please secure the apartment appropriately when leaving it unattended.
Do not interfere with safety equipment or use the apartment in a manner that creates an unreasonable risk to people or Property.
Please report hazards, electrical problems, water leaks, damaged equipment or other safety concerns to Management as soon as reasonably possible.
Guests must comply with reasonable safety instructions given by Management.
Property damage
Accidents can happen. Please tell us promptly if something is damaged rather than attempting to conceal it.
Normal wear and tear is not charged to Guests.
Where damage is attributable to a Guest or member of their party, any amount sought by Management will reflect the reasonable repair, replacement or restoration cost rather than an arbitrary penalty.
Unlawful or dangerous conduct
The Property must not be used for unlawful activity.
Threatening, violent or seriously disruptive conduct, deliberate Property damage, or behaviour creating a material danger to another person is not permitted.
Management may take reasonable action to protect Guests, staff, neighbours and the Property, including contacting the appropriate authorities where necessary.
A serious breach may result in termination of the stay where justified and permitted by applicable law.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Check-out: by 11:00 am
Please notify Management if your travel arrangements change significantly.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be arranged with Management in advance.
Early check-in or late check-out is available only when approved by Management and subject to availability.
Problems during your stay
If something is not right, please tell us as soon as reasonably possible.
We would rather have an opportunity to investigate and correct a problem while you are staying with us than learn about it after your departure.
Respect for everyone
Mary E Luxury Apartments welcomes Guests who respect the Property and the people around them.
These House Rules are intended to protect the comfort, safety and reasonable enjoyment of everyone at the Property. They will be applied reasonably and subject to the laws of Grenada.
Nothing in these House Rules excludes, restricts or overrides any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Grenada law.
